The Fourth PI.lab Congress, Dec 11, 2015

The fourth PI.lab congress will take place on December 11, 2015. This year’s theme is “Privacy as Opportunity”. We are extremely happy tohave Joe Cannataci, UN’s Special Rapporteur on Privacy, as our keynotespeaker this year. Renowned speakers and two panels will further addressthe theme from the scientific and societal perspective.

2016 Annual Conference, Harvard Law School, May 6

The Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics at Harvard Law School has announced plans for its 2016 annual conference, entitled: “Big Data, Health Law, and Bioethics.”  The conference is organized in collaboration with the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University and the Health Ethics and Policy Lab, University of Zurich.

The conference will be held on May 6, 2016, at Wasserstein Hall, Milstein East ABC Harvard Law School, 1585 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge, MA

Seminarium: Skärpta krav på informationssäkerhet

Det finns över 300 statliga myndigheter som alla måste kunna skydda den information som anförtros dem från att till exempel förstöras eller komma i orätta hander. Regeringens utredare Erik O. Wennerström presenterar sitt betänkande Informations- och cybersäkerhet i Sverige med förslag om en strategi och en rad åtgärder för säker information i staten.

Nordic Conference on Legal Informatics, Nov 18-20, 2015

The traditional Nordic Conference is going to take place in Arktikum, Rovaniemi, on November 18- 20 2015. The conference has been regurarly held since 1980’s and this year’s theme will be Digitalization: Our Door to the Future – The Legislative and Scientific Challenges.
