FGV’s Rio de Janeiro Law School (Direito Rio) will host the South School of Internet Governance (SSIG) from April 3 – 7. The initiative stems from a partnership between FGV’s Center for Technology and Society (CTS) and the Centro de Capacitación en Alta Tecnología (CCAT – LAT).
SSIG is the main capacity-building event on Internet Governance in the Latam region and the last edition of the school was held at the headquarter of the Organization of American States (OAS), in Washington DC. The main objective of the event is to train future leaders in Internet Governance, with particular focus on Latin America and the Caribbean.
