While the CJEU is increasingly implementing and creating harmonized legal rules in ICT law as well as in Intellectual Property Law, the legal science is still very much rooted in national discussions. There is an urgent need to create a European jurisprudence and young researchers are the ones who would best be able to carry this through.
The idea of the colloquium is to give young researchers in the field of intellectual property law as well as ICT law the opportunity to present the results of their scientific work and research to other young researchers as well as senior researchers in the field in order to discuss their topics and obtain valuable feedback for their further research work.
The 6th International Research Forum on Law and ICT/IP will take place 9th & 10th of November 2018 at Georg-August-Universität in Göttingen, Germany.
