The Summer School of European IP and ICT Law is organized by the European Academy of Law and ICT. Senior lecturers from universities and law firms from different countries will teach about topics of actual interest as well as fundamental concepts of European intellectual property and ICT law. Moreover, students will be part of multi-national working groups to solve cases and present the results in front of the whole group. This will help to acquire a comparative view on important topics and improve legal language skills at the same time. A half day contract drafting session will help to improve practical skills of students supervised by one of Europe´s leading American lawyers. A special guest will be Judge Jan Passer from the CJEU.
