Professor Michal Gal, University of Haifa and President of International Academic Society of Competition Law Scholars (ASCOLA), will start by presenting her paper “The Competitive Effects of GDPR”
Associate Professor Orla Lynskey, London School of Economics, will discuss the recent development for EU Commission’s data strategy.
Partner Jur. Dr. Maria Wasastjerna, Hannes Snellman, will present part of her doctoral thesis “Competition, Data and Privacy in the Digital Economy – Towards A Privacy Dimension in Competition Policy?”
Associate Professor Samson Y. Esayas, Norwegian Business School, will present part of his doctoral thesis “Data Privacy and Competition Law in the Age of Big Data”
